Basically, the hit ranking, as such, is based upon the number of spider hits the site gets. This is usually done (nowadays) by links from other sites that have a high incidence of spider hits, where the engine bots follow those links. The use of meta tags in html headers no longer works effectively.
The best way you can achieve good results is to have the URL posted on sites (forums or plain site pages) that are already crawled, as a link, so it can then start to have its own spiders.
Hope that makes sense - this forum already has several mentions of the URL at Fraudwatchers, and if you can get more known elsewhere, it won't be long before you get your own "personal" google bots
